| Braxton County authorities have arrested a man on meth and heroin charges.
Richard Andrew Minnich, 27, has been charged with delivering heroin and possession of meth with intent to deliver.
He is also charged with fraudulent use of credit cards and uttering.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $21,000.
A Calhoun man, Richard Allen Talley, 48, has been charged with bond violation and is in Central Regional Jail after being charged earlier this week for domestic assault and battery.
Wirt authorities have arrested Gregory Scott Baker, 22, on a capias warrant and incarcerated him in North Central Regional Jail.
