| Minnie Hamilton EMS and the Arnoldsburg VFD responded to an accident at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday near the Y-Motel, Route 16 at Arnoldsburg.
Responders said the vehicle was lodged on a guard rail, indicating the female driver did not appear to be injured.
Michelle Oliver Schmidt,34, has been charged with DUI-1st and is incarcerated in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $1,000.
