| State Police arrested an Orma man Thursday, a resident of the Right Fork of Rush Run.
John Lupton Ramsey, 53, was involved in a dispute with his wife.
Ramsey has been charged with domestic assault and battery.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $3,000 cash. |
