Linda Lou Ash Webb, Washington, W.Va., passed away Dec. 27, 2015, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Linda was the youngest daughter of the late Harley L. and Eva R. Hall Ash.
She was a 1963 graduate of Calhoun County High School and a former employee of Kellwood Co., Roy G. Hildreth and Son and WSPZ/WVRC Radio of Spencer and was retired from Nashua Photo of Parkersburg.
She was a past member of the Blennerhassett Corvette Assoc. of Parkersburg, serving as president and governor, representing the Club in the East Ohio Region of NCCC. Linda loved cruising in the 'Vette', boating and motorcycle riding.
Linda leaves behind her husband of more than 51 years, Paul Webb; two daughters, Angela Louden (Tim) of Washington, W.Va., and Cynthia Boyd (Daryl) of Kannapolis, N.C.; her brother, Leon Ash (Marlene) of Louisville, Ky.; her sisters, Carol Wolfe (Thomas) of Swansboro, N.C., and Jean Marrs (Doyle) of Raleigh, N.C.; a grandson, Levi Louden of Washington, W.Va.; and her beloved basset hound, "Penny."
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Marie Crist and Madeline Ash and a brother, Ray Ash.
Per Linda's request there will be no services or viewing and she will be cremated.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Nik Shah and his nursing staff for the courteous and loving care they gave Linda during her hospital stay and treatments.
