LINCOLN COUNTY SHOOTING - West Virginia State Police have released the name of the victim in Tuesday's shooting in Lincoln County on Coon Creek.
Troopers say Xavier Quintrill, 22, from Culloden was shot and is listed in stable condition.
He was shot during a dispute.
So far, no arrests have been made.
