| Francis D. "Frank" Carpenter, 73 of Spencer, died Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at CAMC-Memorial Hospital, Charleston.
He was born September 4, 1942 at Monroeville, Ohio, a son of the late John and Leota Mae Bowers Carpenter.
Frank worked as a landscaper, and loved hunting and the outdoors. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother; Alvin Carpenter.
Survivors include his daughter, Tracy Husk of Palestine; Sister, Janis Isaac of Spencer; 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, December 27, at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Justin S. Simmons officiating. Burial will be in the Husk Cemetery, Arnoldsburg. Friends may call one hour before the service.
