| Glenn Jay "Buckwheat" Crite, 61, of Spencer, West Virginia, died on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at the Roane General Hospital in Spencer.
He was born May 16, 1954 in Akron, Ohio, a son of the late Robert Joseph Crites and Joan Harper Crites Norman. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by a daughter, Melissa Crites of Spencer; a son, Glenn Joseph Crites of Buffalo, New York; his step-father, Larry Norman of Parkersburg, West Virginia; three sisters, Debra Jean Crites, Diana Lynn Ash, and Roberta Kay Crites, all of Spencer; a brother, Donald Eugene Crites of Spencer; and two grandchildren, Garrett Eli Jones of Spencer and Katie Ann Crites of Buffalo.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
There will be no service or visitation as he was cremated.
