| MACHETTE HOLD-UP - Two men armed with machetes robbed the 7-Eleven store in Hedgesville early Friday morning.
Lt. Brendan Hall with the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office says the robbers initially tried to get cash, but the clerk told them they didn't have a lot of money.
Instead one of the robbers grabbed three packs of cigarettes and the pair fled the scene.
Hall said the use of machetes isn't typical in such crime.
No one was injured.
