Brittany Lea Kearns of the Orma/Arnoldsburg area was charged with child neglect resulting in injury, a felony.
Kearns is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $35,000.
Calhoun authorities arrested a 21-year-old Calhoun woman Friday.
