GSC Queen Larisa Gordon and King Quintin Murphy
Quentin Murphy of Calhoun County is the Glenville State College's 2015 Homecoming King.
Quentin is a studio art major who, during his time at GSC, has been involved in Pioneers for a Cause, worked as a Resident Assistant, and is currently the Public Relations Executive for GSC's Student Government Association and the West Virginia Association of Student Governments.
After graduation he plans on obtaining a master's in advertising and communications and working in higher education for a few years before applying for a Director of Art position with Nike.
Quentin is the son of Debbie and Jim Murphy.
Larisa Gordon from Glenville is the Glenville State 2015 Homecoming Queen.
Larisa is a mathematics education major who plans to relocate to Pennsylvania and work in a middle or high school after graduation. She is a member of the GSC Honors Program, serves the Student Government Association as Vice President, is the treasurer of Chi Beta Phi, serves as historian for Pioneers for a Cause, and is a member of Kappa Delta Pi. Larisa studied abroad this summer in England and she hopes to continue traveling in the future.
