| The West Virginia State Police in Clay County say Isabella Cloud, 16, of the Arlington, Texas area, has been spotted in the Indore area of Clay County.

Cloud, who also goes by "Bell," was reported missing by her family on September 4, 2015.
Police said Cloud is with Roland Green, 19, of Huntington, West Virginia.
It is unclear how Cloud and Green met, but troopers said she somehow made her way to West Virginia and was last seen on Glen Road in Clay County with Green. That residence belongs to the mother of Green's friend, Tyler Holstein, troopers said.
Troopers also added that Green and Holstein had previously spent a period of time together in a juvenile detention facility.
Troopers say Holstein's mother told them that she had just kicked Green and Cloud out of the residence last week, upon finding out that Cloud had been reported missing.
Since Cloud has been missing, she has cut her hair short, according to a Facebook post by a family member and Green has shaved his head.
