DAVIS SENTENCED TO PRISON OVER BRAXTON DRUG CHARGE

(09/04/2015)
Calhoun resident Tiffany Davis, 26, has been sentenced to prison by Judge Richard Facemire in Braxton County.

The Braxton court ordered the sentence for her guilty plea regarding the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance in a regional jail, that Davis be imprisoned in the state penitentiary for not less than one year nor more than five years.

While there, the court ordered Davis to receive intensive substance abuse rehabilitation.

Last April Davis was sentenced 1-5 years in prison for conspiracy to operate a meth lab by Roane Circuit Court.

Davis had been placed on three years probation last year on the same charge.

That probation was revoked after she was arrested in Wood County earlier this year after she was arrested on meth charges.

Davis admitted to a second violation of her probation of drug related charges in Calhoun and was sentenced last March to thirty days in jail by Judge David Nibert.

Davis has received drug-related charges in Calhoun, Wood, Roane and Braxton.
