| State Police responded to a 911 complaint Sunday night, the complainant saying a woman and a 12-year-old youth were intoxicated, walking south on Rt. 16 near Arnoldsburg.
Police attempted to local the subjects, but could not find them.
State Police also responded to a domestic violence complaint on Pond Run, Chloe, where a woman reported her male companion had been beating her. |
