Sharon Kay Wolfe, 63, of Spencer, West Virginia died August 8, 2015 at the Miletree Center in Spencer.
She was born February 26, 1952 in Clendenin, West Virginia a daughter of the late David and Bessy Strickland. She was adopted and raised by the late Joseph and Grace Blazek Barnabo.
She was a CNA and enjoyed providing home health care through the Stroughton Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. She formerly worked at the E-Z painter factory and as a beautician, also in Wisconsin.
Sharon is survived by her step-mother, Marie Rhodes; two sons, Shane Evans and Douglas Bruce; grandchildren, Kedric, Gabriel and Destinee Bruce and Andrew Evans; a brother, with whom she made her home in Spencer, David Barnabo; a sister, Susan (Keith) Hiem and their son, Kenny Lemmer; a step-sister, Darlena Lilly; uncles, Steve (Kathy) Rhodes, Keith Rhodes, and Gerry Rhodes; aunts, Charlette (Tom) Dye, Shirley Weese, Garnette Drennen, Dott (Junior) Strickland, cousins, Paul and Anna Drennen and their children, Hannah and Tyrell, Margrette Fields, Alan and Mike Strickland, Berry and Carol Showalter and their son, John, Linda and Ed Dennis and their children, Michelle, Terry and Beth, Eddie and Diane Drennen and their daughter, Brianna, Paula and Bob Florian and their children, Ann and Bobby, Barb and Steve Martin; and very special friends, Cory, whom she raised as a daughter, her husband, Bruce and their daughter, Brittany.
Per her request, the body was cremated. A visitation and memorial service will be held from 10:00 to noon on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer.
