Edna McCune Conley, 90, of Normantown WV, went home to be with her Lord on August 3, 2015 following a brief illness, at Miletree Center, Spencer WV.
She was born April 10, 1925 in Orma WV to the late Saul and Viola White McCune, one of 14 children.
Edna attended school in Calhoun County WV. She worked for Procter and Gamble in Charlestons WV; B.F. Goodrich in Grantsville; and retired from Kenney Shoe, Glenville.
She is survived by sisters, Faye (Harold) Richards and Daisy (Max) Shiflet both of West Virginia; brothers, Cecil (Virginia) McCune of WV, Burl (Nadine) McCune of WV, and Darrel (Penny) McCune of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Bill Conley; sisters, Pearl Cottrell, Hazel Miller, Ocie McCune, Mae Davisson, Ruther Summers, Marie Minney, and Opal Summers; and brother, Donald McCune.
Funeral services will be held at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Tim Underwood officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Saturday. Interment will be in Collins Community Cemetery, Stumptown.
