| A Roane County man, Jason Douglas Procter, 36, was arrested for DUI-3rd and driving suspended for DUI. He is in Central Regional Jail.
Karen Elizabeth Parker, 49, was charged by Gilmer authorities with obstructing police and violating a bail piece. She is in Central Regional Jail.
Gilmer authorities also arrested Norma Lee Keen, 50, with domestic battery. She is in Central Regional Jail. |
