| Charles A. Murphy, 54 of Grantsville WV, entered Heavens Gates on July 27, 2015.
He was born November 9, 1960 the youngest son of the late Herbert A. Murphy and Vivian (Roberts) Wayne of Parkersburg WV.
He served in the United States Air Force, and was employed with Carpenters Union Local #899 of Parkersburg WV.
He is survived by his loving companion of 16 years, Janet Brown of Grantsville; one brother, Gene Murphy Hale and his wife Becky of Raleigh NC; one sister, Rhonda Murphy Farr and her husband Tim of Parkersburg WV; one son, Dennis Mott and his wife Liza Lamb of Elizabeth WV; 4 grandchildren; 2 aunts, Patricia Murphy Williamson of and Pauline Murphy both of Vienna WV; and several nieces and nephews.
Service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
A private graveside service will be held at the Neal-Cook Cemetery in Parkersburg WV at a Later date.
