| Terry Blaine Tanner, 49, of Clay WV, died Thursday, July 23, 2015, at home.
He was a former carpet installer.
Survivors include his wife, Diane of Clay; father and stepmother, Lee and Phyllis Tanner of Ivydale; mother, Sylvia Kabula of Mansfield, Ohio; brothers, Duane and Shane Tanner both of Mansfield and Frank of Ivydale; sisters, Karen Fischer and Tina Boor both of Mansfield and Shellie Tanner of Ivydale; step grandmother, Joann Coen of Ivydale.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Dottie VanBreman.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, July 26 at the Sears Cemetery, Nebo, with the Rev. Don Dawson officiating.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
