Calhoun's Energy Express, Summer Reading and Nutrition program, team is completing a
community service project this summer.
The
project will be collecting donated school
supplies and distributing them to the children of
Energy Express for the upcoming school year.
This
project was created in hopes that it will
eliminate much of the need for parents to go out
and buy school supplies for their children.
There are various drop boxes located around
Calhoun County for anyone who is wanting to
donate supplies.
These locations are: the Y, Pit
Stop, Speedy Mart, Grantsville Foodland,
Grantsville Family Dollar, Grantsville Court
House, Orma Mini Mart, and Arnoldsburg
Elementary School.
Any school supply donations
are welcome (i.e., glue, crayons, markers, paper,
scissors, tablets, etc.).
Donations will be
accepted through Tuesday, July 28th.
