| Calhoun Circuit Court will be in session starting at 11 a.m. Tuesday with Judge David W. Nibert presiding.
David Lee Carpenter, 56, who was indicted for possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance, will appear for entry of a pre-trial diversion agreement.
Also on the docket is three juvenile cases involving eight juveniles.
