Roscoe Hall, 90, of Spencer, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2015, at his home.
He was born September 28, 1924 at Clay County, a son of the late Clarence and Della Tanner Hall.
Mr. Hall was a retired bus driver and a former coal miner. He was a member of the Beech Grove United Methodist Church, Billings and had formerly attended the Cherry Valley Church, Stover Fork.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia A. Hall of Spencer; four sons, one daughter, one stepson, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, one sister.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 15 at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. with the Rev. Larry Jones officiating.
