Michael Dewayne Burgess, 26, has been arrested in Braxton and charged with possession with intend to deliver, unlawful assault on an officer, and driving suspended and revoked. He is in Central Regional with bond set at $75,000.

Jeffery Eugene Agee, 56, is charged with sexual abuse by parent/guardian and sexual assault 1st degree.
Braxton authorities have arrested Joseph Wayne Keener, 23, and charged him with domestic battery, unlawful assault, and domestic assault 1st/2nd by threats.
Keener is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.
A Wirt County man, Matthew Ryan Hunt, 27, is in North Central Regional Jail charged with domestic battery 2nd and child neglect with injury.
