Richard Burl Conley, 77, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at CAMC Memorial Hopsital in Charleston, West Virginia.
He was born October 4, 1937 at Nebo, West Virginia, a son of the late Lawrence and Agatha Messenger Conley. He was a carpenter.
He is survived by two sons, Leonard and Shelley Conley and Richard "Bubba" and Alisha Conley, all of Spencer; a daughter, Kathy and Steve Justice of Spencer; two brothers, John and Darla of Ohio and Junior and Marlene of Calhoun; a sister, Betty Brown of Florida; his first wife, Alice Conley of Spencer; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Rick and Eddie Conley; a brother, Clarence "Peachy" Conley; a sister, Virginia Woods; and his second wife, Betty Conley.
Service will be at 1:00pm on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, with Rev. Jackie Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Clover Cemetery. Visiting his two hours prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
