| Braxton authorities have arrested James Eric Simmons, 49, and charged him with DUI-2nd, drivers license revoked DUI, and multiple moving violations. Simmons is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $7,500. Brandon Doyle McCourt, 29, has been charged in Braxton with receiving and transferring stolen property. Bond is $2,500 at Central Regional Jail. Tanya Rochelle Clowser, 37, has been incarcerated following a capias warrant in Braxton. |
