| Chad Eugene Longfellow, 36, of Leroy, West Virginia died Friday in Jackson County from injuries he received in an auto accident along US 33.
Jackson County Sheriff Tony Boggs, says Chad Longfellow died when his car ran off the road, Boggs was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The crash was reported about 7:15 a.m. Friday on Route 33 east between Shatto Road and Gay Road, a few miles outside of Ripley.
Deputies say there were no visible signs as to why Longfellow ran off the road.
