LOGAN HEIST - State Police in Logan County are searching for the men responsible for a robbery at a Go-Mart in Stollings just after midnight Wednesday.
Police say two men came into the store wearing hoods and masks with two clerks working.
Police say that one of the robbers grabbed the clerk by the throat, and shoved the victim up against a cigarette display, and demanded cash.
According to the victims, one of the men had a pistol in his hand but kept it pointed at the ground. The other man involved held the door open during the heist.
The pair got away with about $170 in cash and a pack of cigarettes.
Troopers say another man was seen in the surveillance video running with the pair.
Investigators were able to identify the car they believe was used in the incident.
CHARLESTON STABBING - A stabbing on Charleston's west side early Wednesday morning appears to be domestic related.
Charleston Police say Autumn Staup, 30, and Monta Taylor, 30, reported a home invasion where both suffered stab wounds.
However, investigators say the facts and evidence at the scene do not support their stories.
According to a news release, police continue to investigate the incident, but it appears to domestic related.
Staup and Taylor are both under evaluation at CAMC General.
MON COUNTY STABBING - A Georgia man was arrested for allegedly stabbing a man with a kitchen-style steak knife at Twin Knobs apartment complex in Monongalia County Tuesday night.
John Langston, 46, of Rome, Ga., got into a fight with the victim, according to the State Police.
Langston pulled out a kitchen-style steak knife out during the fight and cut, slashed and stabbed the victim four times, causing a large amount of blood loss.
Langston later admitted to police that he did stab the victim.
