Larry Lee Black, 52, was arrested by Wirt authorities for being a fugitive from justice. He is in North Central Regional Jail. Clay authorities arrested Patsy Lynn Foster, 40, and charged her with violation of a domestic violence order. She is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000. |
