Calhoun County, WV - West Virginia Division of Highways announces an upcoming sidewalk repair and paving project on WV 5, Elizabeth Road, beginning on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, weather permitting, according to Mike Foley, District Three Construction Engineer.
Kelly Paving will be resurfacing WV 5 and doing concrete work on sidewalks from the junction of CR 35/13 to the junction of WV 16.
Crews will be working between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., with flagging personnel present to maintain traffic flow; however, some delays are expected.
Parking in the city of Grantsville may be restricted due to the sidewalk repair.
The anticipated completion date is Wednesday, October 14, 2015; however, motorists should be aware that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may alter the project schedule. |
