| A Grand Jury will be seated in Grantsville Monday for possible indictments at 10 a.m
Circuit Court will be in session starting at 11 a.m. with Judge David W. Nibert presiding.
Leon Kerby III will appear for sentencing after he entered a plea of guilty to Child Abuse Resulting in Injury, a misdemeanor.
Christopher Lamp, who entered a plea of guilty to unlawful assault, a felony will appear for sentencing.
Jerry Glenn McKown Jr. will appear for sentencing, following home confinement revocation related to drug charges.
