Calhoun Circuit Court was in session this week in Grantsville with Judge Thomas Evans III presiding.
Prosecutor Shannon Johnson said that John Cash was sentenced to three years probation for conspiracy and intimidation of a public official.
Cash was given five hundred twenty two days credit for time served, ordered to pay $2.50 per month community correction fee, and $2.50 per month supervised probation fee.
Andrea Simmons was sentenced to three years probation for operating a clandestine methamphetamine drug laboratory, reported prosecutor Johnson.
Simmons was ordered to pay $2.50 community corrections fee, and a $2.50 supervised probation fee. She was ordered to obtain her GED, obtain employment, submit to random drug screens, and complete outpatient drug rehabilitation services.
David Booher's case, related to charges of forgery and uttering, was for a hearing on his attorney's motion to dismiss the case. The judge ordered the attorneys to file written briefs on the motion.
Matthew Jeffrey's case related to a felon in possession of a firearm was continued to a later date.
There were twenty seven juvenile hearings on the docket.
The next Court date is May 12, 2015 with Judge David Nibert presiding. |
