| Kenneth V. Terrell, Jr., 77, of Reedy, West Virginia passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Miletree Center in Spencer, West Virginia after an extended illness.
He was born September 22, 1937 in Parkersburg, West Virginia a son of the late Kenneth Virgil and Ina R. McPherson Terrell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rita in July 2014. He was a retired Roane County school bus driver with 33 years of service. He farmed and raised cattle.
Kenneth "Junior" is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Doris Terrell and K. Allen and Cheryl Terrell, of Reedy; four grandchildren, Jason Terrell of Reedy, Amanda (Eric) Terrell Greathouse of Parkersburg, Ashley (Mike) Sheppard of Grand Saline, Texas, and Brittany (Paul) Wood of St. Albans, West Virginia; one great-granddaughter, Elliott Brooke Sheppard; a half-sister, Christine Webb of Pennsboro, West Virginia; and a special cousin, Jack McPherson of Ohio.
The family also wishes to send a special thanks to his caregivers, Beth Mullins, Pat Mason, and Rose Starcher.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am April 28, 2015 at the Fairview Cemetery, Reedy, with Rev. Bernard Fox officiating. TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements for the Terrell family. There will be no service or visitation at the funeral home.
