| Thieves entered a rural Wirt County church late Thursday night or early Friday morning and did damage and stole equipment, likely valued less than $1000.
The scene was God's House of Worship on Sandstone Road off State Route 53, pastored by Rev. Raymond Gumm.
They took a Dobro Resonator guitar, amplifier, and guitar pickup, and likely other items.
They also broke into an outbuilding at the church.
The Elizabeth detachment of the State Police is investigating. |
