Beulah Dell Miller Crawford, 87, formerly of Grantsville, went to be with her Lord and Savior April 18, 2015 at the Clay Health Care Center, Ivydale, WV.
Beulah was born in Hur, WV on June 23, 1927, to parents Guy Adam and Martha Josephine Adams Miller. She was a stay at home mom who enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She loved to sew and made many beautiful quilts in her lifetime. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Grantsville.
She was married to Earl Crawford, who preceded her in death in 1998 after thirty-five years together.
She is survived by her children, Earlene (Charles) Thomas of Chloe, WV; Barbara (Richard) Whipkey of Parkersburg, WV; and Bernie (Melanie) Cooper of Eagle, CO; grandchildren, Emily (Jacob) Wagoner of Morgantown, WV; Dana (Juston) Ferrell of Chloe, WV; Joseph, Bryan, and Travis Thomas, all of Chloe, WV; Richard Whipkey III of Indiana, Pennslyvania; James (Julie) Whipkey of Browns Mills, New Jersey; Rebecca (Matt) Shockey of Parkersburg, WV; Andrew (Nicole) Whipkey of Flushing, Michigan; Dustin Cooper of Grand Junction, CO; and Nicholas and Mackenzie Cooper of Eagle, CO.
Also, great grandchildren, Melanie Ferrell of Chloe, WV; Selena and Jadyn Whipkey of St Mary's, WV; Travis and Rachel Whipkey of Browns Mills, New Jersey; Leah and Cooper Shockey of Parkersburg, WV; Anthony Whipkey of Marietta, Ohio and Raleigh, Lucas, and Piper Whipkey of Flushing, Michigan; one sister, Delma Hall of Canton, Ohio and one sister-in-law, Cletis Miller of Marion, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by one son, David Earl Crawford; three sisters, Velma Adams Board, Ethel Miller, and Carrie Miller Starcher; three brothers, Denzil, Harold, and Carl Miller.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 2 pm at the Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, WV with Pastors Geff and Wanda Wayne officiating. Interment will be in the Hur Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-2 prior to the service.
