| Freda Mae Hitt, 52, of Sleeths Run Road, (community of Linn), West Virginia, departed this life Thursday evening March 26, 2015, following an extended illness.
Born August 5, 1962 in Baltimore Maryland, daughter of Jimmy Hitt Sr. of Sleeths Run Road and the late Regina Schultheis Hitt.
Freda enjoyed reading, making crafts, and relaxing in front of the TV. She loved talking on the phone with family and friends, and like to spend her spare time searching ancestry.com, chatting on facebook, and playing games on her computer.
Along with her father, Freda is survived by 1 brother, Jimmy Hitt Jr. and wife Karen of Baltimore, Maryland, 2 sisters, Tracy Jackson and husband Richard of Weston, WV; and Kelly Forsythe and husband Terry of Westernport, Maryland, and 5 nieces and nephews, Ricky Jackson of Weston, WV, Gina Hitt of Frostburg, Maryland, and Terry, John, and Paul Forsythe of Westernport, MD.
Funeral Services will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary Inc; 2 Vanhorn Drive, Glenville, WV, 26351 at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 29, 2015 with Pastor Bryan Groves officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Grove Cemetery, Linn, WV. Friends and family may call from 1-2 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the mortuary.
