Jonathan Eugene Moore, 28, is in Central Regional Jail.
Bond has been set at $75,000.
A Wirt man, Josh Lee McCormick, 37, has been charged with aggravated DUI and obstructing.
He is in North Central Regional Jail with bond set at $2,000.
A Wirt County man, Jacob Isreal Echard, 36, is in North Central Regional Jail, charged with domestic battery.
Anthony Lee Rhodes, 27, has been charged by Wirt authorities with a felon in possession of a firearm. He is in North Central Regional Jail.
