James C. Epling, 88, of Akron, Ohio, passed away October 27, 2014 in Brooksville, Florida.
Jim was born June 5, 1926 in Spencer, West Virginia to the late Eugene and Mae (Stein) Epling. He was a Machinist at Kent Machine for many years. Jim was a very handy individual; he was a wood worker and enjoyed building furniture in his spare time.
He is survived by his wife, the former Edna Warner; his daughter, Carol Johnson Mitchell, and his sons, Jim (Diane) Epling, and Harold D. (Flo) McAbee; four grandchildren, LaLonnie Johnson (Darien) White, Heather McAbee, Bobby Cumpston, Dennis McCulvey; and five great grandchildren.
