Roane authorities have arrested and incarcerated Robert Charles Ussery, 33.
Ussery has been charged with domestic battery, domestic assault (1st/2nd) by threats, destruction of property and possession of a controlled substance.
Bond is posted at $12,000 at Central Regional Jail.
A Braxton man, Robert Benjamin Morgan, 30, has been felony charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Bond has been set at $25,000 at Central Regional Jail. |
