| Tari Christine Voshell Kelly, 64, of Looneyville, West Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at home after a 4-year illness.
She was born August 23, 1950 in Battlecreek, Michigan, a daughter of Joann Walkup Voshell of Bradenton, Florida and the late Lyle V. Voshell. She was a retired nurse.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Steve A. Kelly; three daughters, Kristen of Looneyville, Pamela of Williston, Florida, and Kimberly of New Boston, Texas; two sons, David of Spencer, West Virginia and Robert of Charlotte, North Carolina; two sisters, Vicky of Bradenton and Susan of Battlecreek; two brothers, David of Cookeville, Tennessee and Michael of Sarasota, Florida; and nine grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, February 1, 2015 from 9:00 to 10:00am a the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer. At 10:00, the Rev. Darius Walker of the Newton Baptist Church will have a short memorial service. Per the family's wishes, Tari will then be cremated and buried at the Kelly Cemetery on Kelly Ridge near Looneyville.
