A male entered the store and demanded cash, displaying a machete.

The man left the scene with another male, who was in a vehicle outside.

They got an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was injured.

Authorities are investigating.

Two robbery suspects are on the run after deputies say they took a hatchet into Shafer's Super Stop at Clendenin about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday morning and stole the cash drawer.

The two men were wearing ski masks and camouflage clothing walked into the store and stole the cash drawer.

A K- 9 unit tracked the culprits to a driveway where it's believed the two took off in an unknown vehicle.

Police have yet to say if the two hold-ups are connected.
