KANAWHA ATTEMPTED ROBBERY - A night-shift clerk at Domino's Pizza at Cross Lanes was able to fight off an attempted robbery suspect, and now sheriff's deputies are searching for him.
The incident happened Saturday at 1:20 a.m.
The clerk told deputies that he went outside and was approached by a white man with a sharp object in his hand.
Deputies say when the man demanded money, the two started fighting at the back door and the suspect ran away.
GUNFIRE IN DUNBAR - The Dunbar Police Department are investigating what lead three men to fire shots right outside the Somewhere Bar in Dunbar late Saturday night.
The bar was holding a benefit for the victim of a recent murder at the Motel 6 in Cross Lanes.
Police said a large group of people had gathered in front of the bar where a fight broke out between two men.
That's when three separate men pulled out handguns and fired approximately 8 shots at each other.
During the exchange, the bar owner's car was hit causing windows to shatter and a nearby daycare's window was also shattered.
When police got to the scene, the suspects had already taken off.
Dunbar Police say no one appeared to have been shot.
HARRISON STABBING - The Harrison County Sheriff's Department is investigating a stabbing that happened early Sunday morning.
Emergency officials said that one person was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital, their condition unknown.
The Harrison County Sheriff's Department arrested Patrick Leroy Brown early Sunday morning and are charging him with malicious wounding, battery and robbery.
Brown is in the North Central Regional Jail bail.
