Residents of the area around Pickens, Randolph County are expressing their concern about long-time Frontier land-line services to their area, without response from the company for a fix.
Residents of Five Forks-Big Springs have suffered a similar problem for several years and formally complained to the Calhoun Commission, who filed a formal complaint with the WV Public Service Commission.
Frontier is saying that the problem will be fixed with new equipment by the end of January.
