| Edna R. (Lockhart) Bisognani , 61, of Elizabeth WV, formerly of Portsmouth NH, was called home on Christmas Day 2014.
Edna grew up in Portsmouth and was a member of the Salvation Army. She enjoyed a recent visit by her sister and daughter, this brought much joy to her. she had a wonderful sense of humor, on a visit from the chaplain he asked what she would like him to read to her and she stated "anything but my last rites."
Edna is survived by one daughter, Elisha Defisser of Tyngsboro Mass; and two granddaughters, Shauna and Kayla Rossley; two brothers, Charles and Richard Lockhart and one sister Patricia Croteau.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Edna's 3 wonderful friends, Pat Harman, Julie Flori and Rhonda Hively for always being there for her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank in April of this year; her parents, Gladys and Noah Lockhart; two brothers, Fred and Carl; and one sister, Susan Lockhart.
Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV, assisted the family.
