The family of Raegen McKown presented Pleasant Hill Elementary School with a check Friday, from funds raised during the 1st Annual "Run for Raegen" event held earlier this year.
Pleasant Hill School will be using the donation to finance the "Dome Theater" which is scheduled to be at PHE on March 10, 2015.
The Dome is a Mobile Digital Theater featuring highly innovative, immersive, and educational programs. The Dome Theater brings the excitement of the museum-quality shows, presenting a wide range of educational topics in a state-of-the-art mobile digital theater system directly to the school.
School staff said, "Pleasant Hill students and staff sincerely appreciate the educational opportunity the Raegen McKown family has given our school." |
