MORGANTOWN BANK HEIST - The Morgantown Police Department is investigating a robbery at the BB&T on Chestnut Ridge Road in Morgantown.

Friday. Officers arrived at the scene and learned that a white man wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and black t-shirt, who was carrying a black duffle bag, entered the BB&T bank and demanded money. The man ran from the bank, said Morgantown Police.

CHARLESTON MURDER - The search for a suspect in a deadly shooting on Charleston's West Side.

Winston Thomas, 47, was shot and killed outside his home Wednesday morning. He died on his own porch.

A man who works nearby said he heard as many as 30 to 40 gunshots.

RAND SHOOTING - A Rand man who was shot in the head in the head, has now died.

The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office says the victim is Gerald Maxwell.

died late Wednesday night. According to criminal complaints, Leonard Thomas, 44, of Rand, is now charged with murder, police tracking him down shortly after the shooting.

This shooting had eight Kanawha County Schools on lockdown for more than an hour.

MAN FIRES SHOTS AT COPS - A Mingo County man is facing 14 charges after West Virginia State Police say he fired shots and rammed a police cruiser, while under the drugs.

Police were called to the home of 54-year-old Terry Huff in Varney for a domestic disturbance, his wife alleging he physically assaulted her by pulling her hair and holding broken glass to her throat.

Huff barricaded himself inside his home and fired a shot. Huff then got in his car and rammed a police car as he was leaving, causing over $2,500 in damage.

Police continued to ask Huff to surrender, but he fired another shot into the air.

They were eventually able to arrest him and determined he was wearing body armor.

Huff tested positive for Cannabinoids and Opiates. Also while at the hospital, Huff kicked a nurse in the abdomen while she was treating him.

He is being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail on $13,500 bond. He is facing a slew of charges including obstruction, brandishing a weapon, domestic assault, domestic battery, DUI, and felony destruction of property.

MAN KILLED BY ARROW - Police are investigating the death of a man who was shot with an arrow at Wellsburg, Brooke County.

Police say that 51-year-old Wesley Plants of Wellsburg was shot Thursday morning at his home.

After Plants was shot by the arrow, Wellsburg Police Chief Stanley Kins says he went across the road to a neighbor's home, collapsed there and died.

The case is being investigated as an apparent homicide.

THREE CHARGED - Three people are facing charges after police say they robbed the Hot Spot gambling parlor in St. Albans. According to a release from the Saint Albans Police Dept., Robert Hebert, 36, Toni Pantoja, 31, and Cole D. Cooper, 26, were all arrested and charged with robbery, kidnapping and conspiracy. The release states that Hebert went into the parlor and brandished a gun while demanding money. Hebert and Pantoja are then accused of tying up the clerk using duct tape.

Police recognized Pantoja from surveillance tapes, leading them to discover Hebert's vehicle. While neither Pantoja or Hebert would give statements Cooper told police that he was involved in the robbery as a look-out and told police about the other two suspect's involvem
