| The West Virginia Department of Natural Resources is announcing s new electronic licensing system for hunters, trappers and anglers that will go into effect Jan. 1.
The DNR is preparing for converting paper records into the new system during the last week of December.
Applications for lifetime licenses and permits submitted after Dec. 23 will be held for processing until January.
The DNR said hunters, trappers and anglers should not notice any difference when purchasing a license in 2015. |
