Community Care of Green Bank in Green Bank
Community Care of Marlinton in Marlinton
Little Meadow Health Center in Helvetia
Primary Care Systems in Clay
Tri-County Health Clinic in Rock Cave
West Milford Health Center in West Milford
The Health Center Cluster grant provides financial assistance to health centers that offer primary and preventive health care services to the underserved.
The funding comes from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. |
