| SATURDAY 4:30 PM - Calhoun's 911 service has been fully restored, following an outage.
SATURDAY 9:00 AM - It appears 911 service has been restored to both 354 and 655 exchanges, while there are still problems with calling 911 by cell phone. Frontier says the services should be repaired by Saturday evening.
The 911, and other regional phone outages, is reportedly linked to a tractor-taking down poles and lines in Spencer.
FRIDAY UPDATE 8:30 PM - Some 911 service has been restored to some areas.
FRIDAY 5:15 PM - Calhoun's 911 Emergency Phone lines are temporarily down. Citizens may use alternate phone numbers 304-354-9271 or 304-354-9272 for emergency calls. |
