| Sunday the Elizabeth Beauchamp Chapter Daughters of American Pioneers will sponsor a historical Civil War encampment and re-enactment battle at Robert's field at the intersection of Rt. 5 and Rt. 14 in Elizabeth.
Several historical re-enactment units will be opening up their camp sites at 9:00 a.m.
The soldiers will engage in a Civil War re-enactment battle at 2:00 p.m. The units take pride in the high level of authenticity displayed in both individual clothing and equipment, as well as items used in camp. Lots of free parking, please bring your lawn chairs. |
