Larry G. Menefee, 66 of Elizabeth, West Virginia, passed away at his residence Sunday August 24, 2014.
He was born in Wirt County the son of the late John Nelson Menefee and Delphia (Robinson) Menefee.
Larry was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed working on his antique cars and prided himself in being able to fix anything. Larry "Pappy" was adored by his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Carole Runner Menefee; daughter, Karen (Menefee) Sims and her husband Bryan Sims of Chicago IL; grandchildren, Alexandria and Caleb Sims; 1 brother Roy Menefee of Burning Springs; half sister, Lucielle Young of Elizabeth;
and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by both his parents; 5 half brothers and sisters, Warren Menefee, Leota Menefee, Mildred Kirby, Burl Dawson and Paul Dawson.
