| A North Carolina company has announced it's buying Simonton Windows, a Ritchie County company that has employed regional workers.
According to published reports, Ply Gem Holdings is buying Simonton for $130 million.
It is also buying Simex, a vinyl and PVC foam extrusion company in St. Marys.
The company says it will run Simonton as a stand-alone business.
The deal will likely close in October. |
